Lockdown Phase

Hope U all are doing good.  


During this period of Lockdown, everybody has learnt something or the other. From the brooming of house to the car, we are abe to do everything. We are 24/7 online for fulfilling our duties from home, or we call it (WORK FROM HOME). I think this is the most critical phase of life, where a person is under so many boundations. 


While working online, with our laptop or a Desktop, It is quite natural, that we develop Muscle Pull, Headache, Backache and so many physical ailments.

So today in this blog, I am going to share with you certain important tips, to overcome all these problems.

1. Wake up Early.

2. Take a balanced diet.

3. Drink lot of water

4. Get dressed up properly

5.  Listen to Music

Sitting at a stretch for a long period of time with the laptop or the desktop has become everybody's daily routine. This has not only disturbed our metabolism but has also left us with intolerable backache, muscle pull etc. To overcome this, we need to take utmost care of ourselves.
